SCHOOL RULES:

  1. All students are expected to be respectful and courteous while on the school campus. Saying full SALAM to all elders and Youngers is compulsory for all staff and students.
  2. Engaging in illegal activity while off campus can also affect a student's standing in the school.
  3. To attend the school regularly. At least 80% attendance in all periods is compulsory.
  4. No leave shall be granted except in extreme emergency on previously written application of parents or guardians.
  5. No late comer will be allowed in class without the prior permission of the principal.
  6. Students who remain absent for three consecutive days without any application will be dropped from the school roll.
  7. BULLYING:Any form, verbal or physical, or any means of bullying or victimization is strictly forbidden.
  8. The principal on the recommendation of teacher can fine, suspend or expel a student for disciplinary reasons.
  9. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness and untidiness will be strictly forbidden.
  10. Students are representatives of our school from leaving home until they return and are thus expected to set themselves a high standard of behavior both inside and outside the school.
  11. Student may face strict disciplinary actions like punishment, heavy fines and suspension from class or dismissal from school when inappropriate use of social media is brought to our attention.
  12. Disrespect and disobedience to superiors, abusive behavior and ill habits to colleagues will be met with dismissal.
  13. No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without the prior permission of the school principal or responsible authority.
  14. English will be the medium of instructions and use of Arabic words in conversation will be compulsory.
  15. Students must observe the uniform code of the school.
  16. No valuables are to be worn to school. No visible chains, rings, bracelets, strips of any sort are to be worn with the school uniform
  17. The students are not allowed to bring valuable items like gold, costly wristwatches, USBs, memory cards, mobile phones, laptops, notebooks, tablets, cameras etc.
    The school reserves the right to confiscate any items that are prohibited.
  18. Hair must be kept neat and tidy at all times.
  19. Fancy hair styling, tinting, dyeing, highlighting and bleaching of hair are strictly not allowed for all students. Facial shaving for boys is not allowed in school.
  20. Nails must be kept short and clean. Nail polish, varnish or hardener is not allowed.
  21. Girls are not allowed to put on lipstick, lip gloss, or any other cosmetics.
  22. No irrelevant books may be brought inside the school.
  23. To respect the property and equipment of the school. Damage to the school property including school furniture, building fixture etc. must be made good by the student’s guardians.
  24. Students suffering from infection and contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend the school until an authorized medical officer certified his/her full recovery.
  25. Any change in the residential address or telephone number must be communicated to the school management through proper channel.

Admission Procedure

Class and Ages

The following table indicates the general ages (at the time of registration) of students class-wise. However, please note that your child will be placed in a class that suits his/her age and academic ability and hence your child may or may not fall in the age range specified below.

*The child should be between this ages ranges at the time of Registration.

  • For admission of Non-Huffaz in Class 3rd and onwards admission tests of Urdu, English and Math will be carried out whereas for admission in class 5th and onwards, an additional test of Science will also be conducted.
  • An assessment will be conducted of the candidate’s academics and behavior skills.
  • The School looks for students who have a strong academic background, are well-versed in English, possess good behavior and belong to a supportive family who desire to have an Islamic upbringing for their child.

Admission Steps:

  • Registration.
  • Test/Interview.
  • Announcement of Selected Candidates.
  • Submission of Admission form, required documents and Admission fees.
  • Confirmation.

✔ Purchase prospectus from school book shop.

✔ Fill the admission form attached in the prospectus.

✔ Submit the form at the reception office along with the following documents.

  • ➢ Copy of Form-B (Copy of Birth Certificate if Form-B not available)
  • ➢ Copies of Parent’s CNIC
  • ➢ Copy of last Report Card (if applicable)
  • ➢ School leaving certificate
  • Incomplete forms, Unsigned forms or forms which contain misinformation will not be accepted.
  • Registration for a child does not guarantee him/her a place at the school.
  • In case of losing a form parent/guardians will have to re issue form.
  • For each applicant, separate form will be issued (even in case of siblings).

Note: Family’s inappropriate behavior, child’s excessive watching of TV and absence of Islamic environment at home may lead to failure in getting admission

All the dues must be paid immediately after the interview and selection

NOTE:

  • ➢ The school dues once paid are not refundable in any case.
  • ➢ Monthly fee must be deposited before 10th of every month to avail special concession in tuition fee. After 10th of the month, the tuition fee will be paid in full.
